The screenplay for "Return to Innocence" was written by
Gary M. Frazier and is based on his novel of the same title.

Powerful and extremely well-written, Return to Innocence makes you think about human relationships in a way which most of us would prefer to ignore.  Clearly this novel is well-researched and accurate when it comes to the procedures used by local government to protect children from sexual abuse.  Frazier also uses his legal background to present us with an accurate portrayal of the court system.  The trial scenes are as good as any I've ever read.

Subject matter can make this book hard to read, but it is worth the effort. You will be quickly caught up in Erskine's dilemma and find Return to Innocence a novel you won't forget.
